Early Season Summer Biathlon. Sprint format at Castleton Fish & Game Club, Schodack, NY. For a sprint you run/jog/walk a loop, shoot on your stomach, run a loop, shoot standing (or laying down if can’t stand), then finish with a third running loop. A fun event which will be followed with some practice, instruction on how to hit those black dots
